18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 18 years (2) hospitalization duration >= 24 hours (3) signing of the informed consent forms by all patients or their next of kin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) incomplete clinical data (2) use of acetaminophen >4g/day or high-dose vitamin C. (3) diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA) or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic syndrome (HHS) at admission. (4) pregnancy or lactation.
