Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Definitive diagnosis of MRONJ in the mandible, and refractory to conservative treatment; 2.Complete inpatient medical records; 3.Minimum 6-month postoperative follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient's poor general condition precludes tolerance for general anesthesia and surgical intervention. 2.The patient has a malignant tumor with limited life expectancy, and surgical intervention is unlikely to improve quality of life. 3.The patient has low surgical willingness and declines operative treatment.
