18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 80 years (2) Patients undergoing the first-time AF ablation procedure for non-valvular PeAF, with sustained AF episodes for more than 3 months (3) Left atrial diameter on echocardiography <50 mm (4) Willingness, ability and commitment to provide informed, Consent and participate in follow-up evaluations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) AF caused by reversible factors; (2) Echocardiography LVEF = 40, severe pulmonary diseases (e.g., pulmonary arterial hypertension, moderate to severe COPD, asthma, etc.); (15) Expected lifespan < 1 year due to cancer, severe organ failure, etc.; (16) Other situations where the investigator determines the subject is unsuitable for participation in this study.
