Thumb guided technology:The left thumb is inserted into the base of the tongue along the left corner of the mouth, the base of the tongue is lifted, and the i-gel laryngeal mask is inserted according

90 rotation group:Rotate the i-gel counterclockwise 90 degrees in the mouth and re-rotate it to its original position in the hypopharynx

180rotation group:Face the hard palate on the concave side of the i-gel and rotate it clockwise downwards and 180 degrees until you reach the final position

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: General anesthesia may be used in patients with laryngeal mask ventilation
