Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least one femoral head has been diagnosed with femoral head necrosis. 2.Aged between 18 and 75, with imaging findings suggesting mature bones; 3.There are no other hip joint lesions, such as hip impingement syndrome, hip dysplasia, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. 4.Patients who have regular follow-up information and have not undergone surgical treatment according to their wishes, or those who were initially diagnosed by clinicians as not requiring surgical intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.At the initial diagnosis, the femoral head collapsed and its shape changed; 2.Previous history of hip trauma or hip surgery; 3.The follow-up time is insufficient, or the clinical data and follow-up imaging data are incomplete.
