Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification, grades 1-3; 2. Preoperative anxiety (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) score >= 8) or sleep disorders (Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) score >= 4); 3. Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgery; 4. Agree and sign the informed consent form; 5. Age range is 18 to 65 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological diseases (severe mental illnesses such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, encephalitis, cerebrovascular disease, cerebral metabolic disease, and neurodegenerative disease); 2. History of epilepsy; 3. Intracranial metal implants or other implants; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Long-term use of benzodiazepines or opioids; 6. Unable to communicate or cooperate (e.g., language barriers, severe hearing impairment, etc.); 7. Refuse to sign the consent form.
