Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for ischemic stroke: (1) Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke in the 2023 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke; (2) Age>=18 years old; (3) Diagnosis of first ischemic stroke by imaging examination such as cranial CT or cranial MRI; 2. Inclusion criteria for hemorrhagic stroke: (1) Acute onset, with symptoms of focal neurological deficit (such as limb weakness, speech disorders, consciousness disorders, paresthesias, etc.), and symptoms lasting more than 24 hours or leading to death, meeting the World Health Organization (WHO) definition of stroke; (2) CT or MRI examination of the head clearly shows intraparenchymal, intraventricular or subarachnoid hemorrhage, excluding old bleeding foci; (3) The first hemorrhagic stroke occurred and the onset to enrollment was within 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic stroke exclusion criteria: (1) Incomplete case data or basic information of patients; (2) Combined with serious diseases: there are serious dysfunctions of important organs such as heart, liver, kidney (such as cardiac function grade III-IV, end-stage liver disease, uremia, etc.); Combined with advanced malignant tumors; Presence of severe pulmonary disease (such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc.); Presence of severe systemic infection or sepsis; (3) Patients with cognitive deficits or a history of mental illness; (4) Pregnancy or lactation: women who are pregnant or lactating; (5) Those who receive reperfusion therapy or anticoagulation therapy in the hospital; (6) Those with a previous history of stroke; (7) Patients who refuse to participate in follow-up; (8) Patients with poor compliance and discontinued secondary prevention drugs during follow-up. 2. Exclusion criteria for hemorrhagic stroke: (1) Exclude hemorrhagic stroke caused by uninitiated causes such as clear trauma (such as head trauma, brain contusion and laceration, etc.), tumor stroke, vascular malformations (such as arteriovenous malformations, cavernous hemangiomas), hematological diseases (such as leukemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, coagulation factor deficiency), anticoagulation or thrombolytic overdose, intracranial infection, etc.; (2) Severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunctions (such as cardiac function grade III - IV, end-stage liver disease, uremia, etc.); Combined with advanced malignant tumors; Presence of severe pulmonary disease (such as acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, respiratory failure, etc.); Presence of severe systemic infection or sepsis; (3) Other stroke history: Those with a history of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke in the past; (4) Pregnancy or lactation: women who are pregnant or lactating; (5) Mental disorders: those with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairments who cannot cooperate with research and treatment; (6) Others: Patients who have recently undergone major surgery (such as within 3 months) and have poor compliance.
