Fascia compression band high-pressure intervention group:High pressure intervention of the affected ankle joint with a fascia compression band

18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male college students aged between 18 and 30 at Beijing Sport University 2. There is instability and/or weakness in the ankle joint and/or repeated sprains 3. There has been no ankle sprain in the past three months, and no other treatments have been received in the past three months 4. The score of the Cumberland ankle instability tool (CAIT) was less than 24

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Latex/rubber allergy; 2. There is a history of lower limb musculoskeletal disease injury within 3 months; 3. Patients with a history of lower limb surgery, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, or those in the postoperative recovery period.
