Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Hospitalized children aged 28 days and above and 18 years and below; 2) First visit; 3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for severe pneumonia in children; 4) With a clear pathogen diagnosis result; 5) Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Before the illness, diagnosed with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, bronchial asthma, bronchiolitis obliterans, chronic lung disease, airway malformation, and having undergone lung surgery; 2) Suffered from other extrapulmonary systemic diseases such as congenital heart disease, connective tissue disease, hematological disease, kidney disease, digestive system disease, and immune disease; 3) Whose data and information are incomplete; 4) Unable to complete the follow-up.
