Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-60 years; 2.Preoperative diagnosis or high suspicion of thyroid malignancy (TI-RADS =4a) confirmed by ultrasound or fine-needle aspiration; 3.Scheduled for total thyroidectomy with bilateral central lymph node dissection (with or without lateral neck dissection); 4.Willing to provide informed consent and comply with follow-up requirements.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous neck surgery; 2.Benign thyroid tumors; 3.Parathyroid disorders; 4.Current use of calcium or vitamin D3 supplements for other medical conditions; 5.Long-term proton pump inhibitor use; 6.Long-term oral contraceptive or estrogen therapy; 7.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency;
