Cyberbullying victimization

Interventions

ACT intervention group:The experimental group immediately received an online acceptance commitment therapy (iACT) intervention for about 2 weeks.
Waiting group:Participants in the waiting group will be able to perform the same iACT intervention about 2 weeks later.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.At least 18 years of age, 2.Experienced cyberbullying within three months before starting the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of diagnosis of psychological and psychiatric disorders,2. are undergoing other forms of psychological intervention, 3. are at risk of suicide, i.e., Suicidal Behavior Questionaire - Revised version (SBQ-R) score >7(Osman et al., 1998), 4. the recruitment questionnaire is not filled out carefully, That is, the filling time is less than 180s (the average filling time of the three master students is 180s),5. users who fill in the questionnaire using multiple accounts (different accounts share the same ip address), 6. there are audio-visual and cognitive impairments.
