4 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 4-10 years old, undergoing day surgery with general anesthesia and tracheal intubation (for tonsil and/or adenoid removal surgery); 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Family members have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airway prediction (Mallampati grade III-IV); 2. History of heart and lung diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Neurological diseases or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; 4. Use of vasoactive drugs or sedatives within 24 hours before the operation; 5. Emergency full stomach or head and neck surgery; 6. BMI > 30 kg/m^2 or < 15 kg/m^2.
