Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Over 18 years of age; (2) Diagnosed as nasopharynx and/or jugular foramen tumor, and planned to undergo endoscopic resection through the medial approach of the pterygomandibular ligament and endoscopic resection through the posterior inferior approach of the eustachian tube.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of surgical treatment of nasopharynx or jugular foramen; (2) Patients whose unilateral or bilateral internal carotid arteries have been ligated, embolized or stented; (3) Patients who did not undergo local compression tamponade after surgery; (4) Postoperative complications such as pulmonary embolism and cerebrovascular accident may affect the quality of life of patients Measurer; (5) Those who have acute infectious diseases in the past week and those who have recently experienced major negative life events; (6) Patients who failed to follow up regularly; (7) Incomplete data collection due to various reasons; (8) Those who voluntarily withdrew at any stage of the study.
