Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Cross-sectional study of glioma patients who had previously received craniotomy in the Neurosurgery Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital: (1) Age 18-75 years old, gender is not limited; (2)A complete molecular pathological diagnosis was obtained, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was primary WHO I-IV glioma; (3)Available clinical data, including gender, age, MRI image to determine glioma size, lesion site, tumor grade; (4) The patient agrees and signs the informed consent of the sample bank. The remaining blood was collected for clinical examination before surgery, and the remaining cerebrospinal fluid and glioma tissue were collected during the operation. Part II Prospective study: (1) Age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; (2)A complete molecular pathological diagnosis was obtained, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis was primary WHO I-IV glioma; (3)Willing to accept regular MRI visits every 3 months for 2 years after surgery; (4)No history of gastrointestinal surgery, with the consent of the patient and signed informed consent, stool and blood were collected before surgery, cerebrospinal fluid was retained during the operation, and tumor tissue was retained; In this study, the inclusion criteria of patients with hemifacial spasm in the two control groups were consistent: Inclusion criteria: patients in the control group had been or would be hospitalized in the neurosurgery Department of Peking University Shenzhen Hospital, (1)age 18-75 years old, gender unlimited; (2)Diagnosed with hemifacial spasm (facial nerve discharge spasm caused by blood vessel compression of facial nerve), underwent craniofacial nerve microvascular decompression surgery; (3)no history of gastrointestinal surgery, stool and blood were collected before surgery, and cerebrospinal fluid was retained during the operation. Informed consent or sample informed consent has been signed with the consent of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)The patient had other organic diseases of the central nervous system in the past, including but not limited to: stroke, demyelinating diseases, Alzheimer's disease, brain trauma, intracranial infection, etc; (2) The patient had undergone other craniocerebral operations, including craniotomy, microscopy, endoscopy, and drilling; (3) Patients had received chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or participated in other clinical drug trials within six months before surgery; (4)The patient had received any blood component, cell growth factor correction, or glucocorticoid therapy within 2 weeks before surgery; (5)The patient suffers from mental illness, or has clear drug, alcohol, drug abuse and other conditions; (6) The patient was in pregnancy or perinatal period within 1 year before surgery. Subjects were given probiotics and antibiotics for the first 30 days after fecal and plasma samples were provided.
