Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Endometrial cancer patients with histologically confirmed diagnosis from participating centers (2000-2019). 2. Patients who underwent hysterectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with myometrial invasion depth = 1/2 (or = 50%). 2. Patients with non-endometrioid endometrial carcinoma. 3. Patients with Grade 3 (poorly differentiated or undifferentiated) endometrioid carcinoma. 4. Patients with suspected lymph node metastasis (LNM) or distant metastatic disease identified on preoperative imaging or during intraoperative exploration. 5. Patients who did not undergo systematic lymphadenectomy.
