Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, first - onset, with unilateral hemisphere involvement. 2. Electromyographic activity of the extensor carpi radialis muscle of the affected upper limb can be detected. 3. 1-6 months after the onset of the disease. 4. Age is 18 years old or above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Normal wrist dorsiflexion function (full score for the wrist part in the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale). 2. Significantly increased muscle tone. 3. Visual impairment or loss. 4. Visual spatial neglect. 5. Complete loss of somatic sensation, including the unaffected side. 6. Cognitive and communication impairment. 7. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
