Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AD patient group: (1) clear diagnosis of AD. (2) Biochemical results of intestinal barrier before WMT treatment, with examination time within January 2021 to July 2024. (3) Age of patients between 3 years and 30 years. 2. Healthy individuals group: (1) No history of AD or other chronic skin diseases. (2) Selected as donors for intestinal WMT treatment from January 2021 to July 2024. (3) Age between 3 years and 30 years. (4) Biochemical results of intestinal barrier, with examination time within January 2021 to July 2024. 3. WMT group: (1) Clear diagnosis of AD and underwent intestinal WMT treatment at the Department of Gastroenterology, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. (2) Biochemical results of intestinal barrier before and after intestinal WMT treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AD patient group: individuals with severe organic gastrointestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, and severe systemic and psychological conditions such as malignancies, autoimmune diseases, and other serious systemic organic diseases and psychiatric disorders. Healthy individuals group: individuals with severe organic gastrointestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, and severe systemic and psychological conditions such as malignancies, autoimmune diseases, and other serious systemic organic diseases and psychiatric disorders. WMT group: individuals with severe organic gastrointestinal diseases such as Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal malignancies, and severe systemic and psychological conditions such as malignancies, autoimmune diseases, and other serious systemic organic diseases and psychiatric disorders.
