Video laryngoscopy group (control group):After inducing in the supine position, tracheal intubation was performed, and then the patient was placed in the prone position.
Endoscopic group :After inducing in the prone position inside the room, tracheal intubation was performed under the guidance of endoscopy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for ERCP surgery. 2. Age > 18 years old, ASA I-II grade. 3. Those who voluntarily join and sign the informed consent after being fully informed of the clinical trial content.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 2. ASA > II grade 3. Patients with definite or suspected airway difficulties: mouth opening = III, neck circumference > 42cm, thyromental distance 30kg/m^2
