18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients scheduled to undergo combined gastroscopy and colonoscopy and who voluntarily request to undergo the procedures under anesthesia; (2) Normal cardiopulmonary function without major underlying diseases; (3) Electrocardiogram findings generally within normal limits; (4) No signs of infection in the recent period; (5) Voluntarily signed informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with active gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Inadequate bowel preparation (Boston score <6); (3) Failure to complete a full endoscopic examination for any reason; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) History of allergy to the anesthetic agents used; (6) Presence of severe psychiatric disorders or cognitive impairment.
