Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older and with a history of sexual activity. 2. Underwent cervical cancer screening at our hospital, including cytology (TCT), high-risk HPV (hrHPV) DNA testing, HPV E6/E7 mRNA testing, and PAX1/JAM3 gene methylation testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women may have their test results affected by their physiological conditions; 2. Patients with HIV infection may exhibit abnormal immune status, which could affect the natural course of HPV infection and the accuracy of related test results. Similarly, individuals with a history of organ transplantation may experience persistent HPV infection and accelerated progression of cervical lesions due to long-term use of immunosuppressive agents. 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus or rheumatoid arthritis) or those receiving immunosuppressive therapy may have impaired immune function, which could interfere with the natural course of HPV infection.
