Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Athletic Level: National Level 2 or above tennis player (certification required) 2. Health Status: - No history of ankle injury for >=6 months (confirmed by clinical palpation and ultrasound); - No history of lower limb surgery; - CAIT (Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool) score >=28 (excluding functional instability); 3. Training Consistency: >=15 hours of specialized training per week for over 1 year; 4. Compliance: Signed informed consent form, committed to completing 6-week intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute injuries: Ankle sprains, fractures, or ligament tears within the past three months; 2. Chronic conditions: Inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and gout; neurological disorders (e.g., post-stroke sequelae); 3. Skin contraindications: Allergy to taping adhesive or presence of skin lesions; 4. Intervention conflicts: Use of taping or bracing for training within the past month.
