Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age 18-65 years old ; ( 2 ) Body mass index ( BMI ) 18~ 28kg / m^2 ; ( 3 ) The American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) graded ?~?; ( 4 ) Patients undergoing gynecological day surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) admission blood pressure > 180 / 110 mmHg ; severe bradycardia ( HR < 50 beats / min ) ; ( 2 ) Severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases or liver and kidney dysfunction ; ( 3 ) Allergic to related drugs in this study ; ( 4 ) mental or cognitive dysfunction ; ( 5 ) long-term use of analgesic or sedative drugs ; ( 6 ) Patients with intractable hiccups and difficult airways
