Control group:Routine fasting and abstaining from water before the operation
Carbohydrate group:Take 200ml of carbohydrates orally two hours before the operation
Water group:Take 200ml of water orally two hours before the operation

30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy under sedation; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade ?-?; 3. aged 30-75 years old; 4. HbA1c <=8%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Taking drugs that affect gastric emptying; 3. Patients with gastric emptying disorders; 4. Suspected cases of gastrointestinal obstruction; 5. Patients who refused to participate.
