Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative ultrasound showed that the deviation and thickening rate of the diaphragm were within the normal range: 1) DE female>9mm, male>10mm; 2. Age>18 years old; 3. Patients undergoing extracorporeal circulation cardiac surgery in our hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neuromuscular disorders such as myasthenia gravis, myasthenia gravis syndrome, periodic paralysis, and polymyositis; 2. Previous thoracotomy and pneumothorax; 3.BMI>35; 4. Postoperative subcutaneous emphysema significantly affects ultrasound imaging examination; 5. Patients with extensive burns and scars in the chest area or previous chest wounds, mastectomy, etc. that affect the effectiveness of diaphragmatic ultrasound examination; 6. Patients and their families refuse to sign a written informed consent form; 7. Patients who have a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment are unable to cooperate with the experimenter;
