Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18-75 years old; 2. Patients who have undergone endoscopic resection of colorectal polyps; 3. Able to understand and cooperate with the research process and voluntarily sign a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. inadequate bowel preparation or incomplete colonoscopy; 2. failure to complete polypectomy or removal of only a subset of the identified polyps; 3. absence of a complete colonoscopy report or final histopathological report; 4. hamartomatous or inflammatory polyps; 5. a history of colorectal cancer or suspected colorectal malignancy; 6. a history of colorectal surgery or endoscopic submucosal dissection within the previous 6 months; 7. ongoing treatment for other cancers; 8. inflammatory bowel disease; 9. hereditary polyposis syndromes such as familial adenomatous polyposis; 10. participation in other clinical trials that might affect the outcomes of this study.
