Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with glioma by the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Glioma (2022 Edition)"; 4. Patients who need to undergo glioma resection surgery according to the judgment of the treating physician.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor recurrence or metastasis; 2. Concurrent serious systemic diseases. 3. Poor physical condition and unable to participate in the researcher; 4. Those who are participating in other clinical trials. Judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
