Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Retinal vascular disease group: (1) The patient's age is >= 18 years old; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria of the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Diabetic Retinopathy (2022), the Kei-Wagener method for hypertensive retinopathy, the 2019 European Association of Retinal Experts' Guidelines for the Treatment of Retinal vein Occlusion, and the diagnostic criteria for retinal artery occlusion in the Ophthalmology Textbook (10th Edition) Those who have been clearly diagnosed with RVDs; (3) Those with complete basic information. 2.Control group: (1) The patient's age is >= 18 years old; (2) For NDR patients and NHRP patients, a clear diagnosis of diabetes and hypertension should be made respectively in accordance with the Diabetes Diagnostic Criteria of the American Diabetes Association (2017) and the Chinese Hypertension Prevention and Control Guidelines (Revised Edition 2024). (3) Those whose ultra-wide-angle fundus photography examination shows no pathological changes, such as bleeding, exudate, retinal edema, macular changes, neovascularization and other abnormal manifestations; (4) Healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations who have not been clearly diagnosed with any organic ophthalmic lesions; (5) Those with complete basic information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Retinal vascular occlusion group: (1) Those who have been diagnosed with two or more types of RVDs after systematic ophthalmic examination; (2) Patients diagnosed with both hypertension and diabetes at the same time; (3) Those who have been diagnosed with critical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents or diabetic ketoacidosis within 6 months prior to seeking medical treatment; (4) Those with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, renal, and hematological diseases, as well as concurrent infections at the time of seeking medical treatment; (5) Patients who have a history of ocular trauma or have undergone ophthalmic surgery within six months prior to their visit; (6) Those who have recently used glucocorticoids or drugs that affect platelet function; (7) People with cancer, pregnant women or those who are breastfeeding. The exclusion criteria for the control group were the same as those for the retinal vascular occlusion group
