Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. over 18 years old; 2. a definite diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke with large artery occlusion (admission within 6 hours of onset) and intracranial thrombosis confirmed by imaging (such as CT or MRI); 3. According to the ORG 10172 Trial of Acute Stroke Treatment (TOAST) classification, patients were divided into large artery atherosclerosis (LAA) group and small artery occlusion (SVO) group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiogenic embolism (CE), other stroke of definite etiology (SOE), and stroke of unknown etiology (SUE) subtypes; 2. serious heart, liver, and kidney related diseases.
