18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age is greater than or equal to 18 years old and less than 80 years old; 2.Clinical need for arterial blood pressure monitoring; 3.The patient or their legal representative has signed the informed consent form; 4.Normal arterial blood flow in both upper extremities (positive modified Allen test);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in the study; 2.Local skin infection or injury; 3.History of previous surgery or trauma in the radial artery area; 4.History of previous arterial occlusion or thrombosis; 5.Coagulation dysfunction; 6.Raynaud's syndrome or other peripheral vascular diseases; 7.Expected arterial monitoring time less than 24 hours;
