Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed or highly suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with metastasis; they can cooperate to complete relevant examinations and tissue biopsies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nasopharyngeal cancer patients without local or distant metastasis. 2. Systemic diseases (immune diseases treated with immunotherapy, severe mental and psychological disorders, severe anemia, and brain diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and stroke detected by imaging). 3. Poor compliance and inability to cooperate with examinations and biopsies.
