Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing anorectal day surgery under general anesthesia with preserved spontaneous breathing; (2) Age between 18 and 65; (3) Body mass index (BMI) : 18 to 30 kg/m ²; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I to II; (5) Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) <97%; (2) There are contraindications for the use of laryngeal masks or there is an expectation of difficult airway; (3) High-risk reflux aspiration (such as pregnancy, satiety, gastroesophageal reflux disease or hiatal hernia); (4) Nasal airway obstruction and nasal fractures; (5) Those with mental illness who do not cooperate; (6) Those who are confirmed or suspected of abusing or long-term use of narcotic sedatives and analgesics.
