Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants who required double-lumen endotracheal intubation and underwent lateral position lung surgery at Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected; 2. The participants were aged 18 to 60 years, with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score of I to II, and had no severe heart or lung diseases; 3. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital, and informed consent was obtained from the participants or their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe heart or lung diseases; 2. Those under 18 years old or over 60 years old; 3. With a BMI greater than 35 kg/m^2; 4. Those with cognitive dysfunction unable to cooperate with body position changes; 5. Those with a history of cervical spondylosis and an expected difficult airway (such as a Mallampati airway grade of 4 or above, mouth opening less than 3 fingers, and mentohyoid distance less than 6 cm); 6. Those who were sent to the ICU after surgery; 7. Those who could not cooperate with follow-up after surgery.
