Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The case group consists of colon cancer patients diagnosed by pathology. 2 The control group consists of healthy individuals without a history of cancer who have undergone physical examinations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with cognitive impairment. 2 Abnormal coagulation function which is not suitable for blood sampling.
