Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who undergo endoscopic examination due to suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma or need to be differentiated from nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Including patients with suspected nasopharyngeal carcinoma symptoms such as respiration of blood in the nose, persistent nasal congestion, unilateral tinnitus, painless cervical lymphadenopathy, headache, unexplained cranial nerve damage; 2.Patients who undergo endoscopic examination due to suspected other benign disease groups, such as rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, sinusitis, nasal polyps, pharyngitis, nasopharyngeal nodules/lymphoid tissue hyperplasia/ulcers, etc; 3.Patients who undergo endoscopic examination due to elevated EBV antibodies or DNA in physical examination; 4.Voluntary signing of informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who failed to undergo nasopharyngeal endoscopy; 2.Patients who have received nasopharyngeal carcinoma treatment; 3.Patients with recurrent or metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma after treatment; 4.Participants whose nasopharyngeal swab collection was unsuccessful; 5.Participants who have immunodeficiency diseases or are receiving immunosuppressive therapy or antiviral therapy;
