18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 18-75 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke at the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference; And the diagnosis of head CT or MRI examination is the first onset of stroke, with a course of more than 6 months; 2. Stable condition, clear consciousness, able to cooperate in completing the experiment; 3. Brunstrom stage >= stage III in the hemiplegic lower limb, with lower limb muscle tone <= grade 1+(modified Ashworth grading); 4. Under supervision, can complete a 10m walking time test;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with trainers; 2. Ataxia or any other cerebellar stroke symptoms; 3. Severe musculoskeletal disorders, lower limb thrombosis, or joint contracture deformities; 4. Lower limb muscle tone >= 2 levels (modified Ashworth).
