Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.GCB or non-GCB DLBCL confirmed by pathology; 2.Treated with R-CHOP regimen; 3.Underwent baseline 18F-FDG PET/CT and interim PET/CT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No FDG-high uptake lesions in baseline PET/CT; 2.Other treatment regimens besides R-CHOP; 3.Previous history of cancer.
