65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who meet the following criteria will be included: 1.Age >= 65 years; 2.Suffered from one or more chronic diseases; 3.Patients with clear consciousness who can communicate with researchers effectively; 4.Cooperate with the assessment and testing items related to the research; 5.Patients agree to blood tests and who can be followed up for > 1 year; 6.Patients who can sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet one of the criteria listed below will be removed: 1. Mental and consciousness disorders, inability to communicate effectively; 2. Installation of pacemakers can not be conducted for body composition testing , or inability to cooperate with the completion of evaluation and examination; 3. Severe vision or hearing loss affects communication; 4. End-stage disease,life expectancy< 1 year; 5. Severe failure of vital organ functions; 6. Acute myocardial infarction, dissecting aortic aneurysm, severe aortic stenosis, endocarditis/acute pericarditis, acute thromboembolism, recent major surgery, or limb fracture in the past 1 month; 7. Patient or family refusal to participate in the study; 8. Other conditions that the researchers consider necessary to rule out.
