Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Newly diagnosed patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma confirmed by pathological and imaging examinations; 3. Clinical stage I–IV (2017 8th edition UICC/AJCC staging criteria for nasopharyngeal carcinoma); 4. First-time radiotherapy recipient; 5. Alert and able to communicate and read normally; 6. Treatment plan involves intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) or spiral tomotherapy (TOMO); 7. Voluntarily participates and signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Inability to complete questionnaires; 2. Concurrent tumours or severe dysfunction of major organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys; 3. History of or current presence of secondary primary tumours in other parts of the body.
