Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA2-3 healthy pregnant women with full-term singleton pregnancy (>=37 weeks gestation).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with allergy to epinephrine, pre-existing or pregnancy-induced hypertension, cardio-cerebrovascular disease, multiple pregnancy, diabetes mellitus, weight 90kg, height 170cm, significant coexisting maternal diseases, rupture of membranes, and placenta previa, and contraindications to spinal anesthesia.
