Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years; 2.Decompensated liver cirrhosis (Child-Pugh class B/C, MELD <= 20); 3.Indications for TIPS (refractory ascites or variceal bleeding); 4.Intervenable etiology (HBV/HCV/alcohol/MASLD).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with HCC/extrahepatic malignant tumors; 2.Non-cirrhotic portal hypertension; 3.Autoimmune liver cirrhosis; 4.Severe cardiopulmonary or renal insufficiency.
