Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Comply with the Chinese guidelines for the rehabilitation management of dysphagia, and the diagnostic guidelines of the European Stroke Organization and the European Swallowing Disorders Association for post-stroke dysphagia: patients diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by cranial CT or MRI, and further diagnosed with dysphagia after feeding risk assessment (e.g., volumetric viscosity swallowing test, assessment by clinical scales, and instrumental assessment, etc.); 3.Require indwelling/replacement of gastric tube service provided by Internet + Nursing Service; 4. Expected survival period is greater than or equal to 3 months; 5. More stable caregivers (at least 20 hours of care per week and care duration >= 1 month); 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who request to withdraw from the study due to changes in medical conditions, personal wishes, etc. during the course of the study;
