Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for the exposure group: (1) Age 60-90 years old (including 60 and 90 years old); ? The patient requests dental implant restoration,and the implant surgery is under local anesthesia; ? The patient has type 2 diabetes and with a standardized treatment duration of >=3 months; ? The patient participate in the research voluntarily, cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form. 2.Inclusion criteria for the control group: Age 60-90 years old (including 60 and 90 years old); ? The patient requests dental implant restoration,and the implant surgery is under local anesthesia;? No diabetes; ? The patient participate in the research voluntarily, cooperate with the examination and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are obvious oral abscesses, precancerous lesions, fungal infections and pericoronitis of wisdom teeth throughout the mouth, and there is active or uncontrolled periodontal disease; 2.Patients who have experienced myocardial infarction or heart failure within 6 months; 3.Patients with hypertension; 4.Patients who have had cerebrovascular accidents within three months; 5.There are coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, hemophilia or significant anemia; 6. Glycated hemoglobin > 10%; 7.There is a history of intravenous use of bisphosphonates; 8.Those using immunosuppressants, including high-dose glucocorticoids (prednisone/prednisone > 10mg per day); 9. Malignant tumors that have not received standardized treatment, or have received standardized treatment for less than five years; 10.Those diagnosed with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, syphilis and hepatitis B, who have not received standardized treatment and control; 11. Patients with severe cognitive impairment (dementia), schizophrenia, and severe depression.
