Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA grade I ~ III; 2.Meet the indications in the Guidelines for the Application of Diagnostic Bendable Bronchoscopy in Adults (2019 edition); 3.Age 18-65 years old; 4.There is no contraindication to the use of afentanil and remazolam.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Blood pressure greater than 150/90 MMHG or less than 90/60 MMHG; 2.Significant sinus bradycardia (heart rate less than 45 beats/min), sinus tachycardia (heart rate greater than 120 beats/min); 3.Frequent ventricular premature (more than 5 times/min); 4.Patients with an oxygen saturation of less than 92%.
