Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed as a recent closed femoral neck fracture with unilateral injury; 2.Patient age<65 years old; 3.Complete clinical and follow-up data available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological or old fractures; 2.Merge severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, immune system diseases, or tumors; 3.Combined with severe osteoarthritis; 4.There are surgical contraindications present; 5.Unable to cooperate with treatment and follow-up;
