Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who visited our hospital, aged between 14 and 80 years. 2.According to the HLH-2004 diagnostic criteria, patients diagnosed with macrophage activation syndrome. 3.Received etoposide treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals excluded based on the inclusion criteria 2.Patients diagnosed with tumors within 6 months prior to the initiation of this study 3.Any other condition for which the investigator deems the patient unsuitable to participate in this trial (including but not limited to administrative reasons)
