Active tDCS stimulation +aerobic exercise therapy group:HD-tDCS combined with aerobic exercise therapy: For the first 15 minutes of the aerobic exercise, warm-up exercises are conducted. Then, for the
Active tDCS stimulation :HD-tDCS intervention treatment: Current intensity 2 mA, once a day, 30 minutes each time, 5 times a week, for a total of 4 weeks.
Aerobic exercise therapy group:Aerobic exercise: Treat once a day, each treatment lasting approximately 45 minutes, 5 times a week for 4 weeks, totaling 20 intervention sessions.
Control group:Continue with the daily medication treatment, without undergoing the intervention of tDCS and aerobic exercise therapy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. This episode meets the DSM-5 clinical diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; 2. Age 18-55 years old, Han nationality, right-handed; 3. Know Chinese characters and be able to cooperate with the completion of the test; 4. The course of the disease is greater than 1 year; 5. Fully understand the therapeutic effect of HD-tDCS treatment and possible adverse reactions during treatment; 6. Obtain informed consent from patients and guardians and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with brain organic lesions, mental retardation and other physical diseases; 2. Intracranial hypertension; 3. Have frequent and persistent migraines; 4. History of epilepsy or family epilepsy; 5. Metal implants in the body; 6. Severe drug and alcohol dependence; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Those who are receiving MECT treatment; 9. No history of physical disability or leg trauma.
