Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient is aged between 18 and 80 years old; 2.Sample of a patient diagnosed with primary lung cancer and lung adenocarcinoma through pathological examination; 3.The size of the tumor in the enrolled patients meets the requirements for reusable specimens, and the sampling in this study does not affect the clinical or pathological aspects of the patients; 4.ECOG physical status score is 0-2 points; Or KPS score greater than or equal to 70 points; 5.Expected survival period exceeding 6 months; 6.Complete case data; 7.Use PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy drugs for treatment;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Simultaneously merging with other cancers (second tumor); 2.Suffering from autoimmune diseases; 3.Individuals with hematological disorders; 4.Combined severe infection; 5.Severe coagulation disorders; 6.Serious underlying heart or kidney disease;
