Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for CKM syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, overweight/obesity, metabolic syndrome, chronic kidney disease, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, cerebrovascular disease (hemorrhagic or ischemic); 2. Subjects voluntarily sign a written informed consent form after receiving a full explanation and understanding of the purpose of the study, content, expected risks, etc.; 3. Inpatients and outpatients aged >=18 years old and those who undergo health examinations at the same time when signing informed consent; 4. The subject keeps the content of the following concomitant treatments unchanged for the specified duration: the dose of oral hypoglycemic drugs or antihypertensive drugs remains unchanged for at least 30 days before screening; The dose of oral hypoglycemic drugs or antihypertensive drugs remains unchanged for at least 30 days before screening; Stable dose (within 25%) of drugs used to treat comorbidities (other than the above-mentioned drugs) for at least ±30 days prior to screening.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.1 type diabetes, gestational diabetes, special types (such as occult immune diabetes in adults); 2. Combined with acute complications of diabetes; 3. Those who have a history of thyroid disease, take thyroid drugs or thyroid surgery, and have not undergone thyroid function testing; 4. Severe liver insufficiency and severe kidney disease with clear causes; 5. Those who suffer from infectious diseases, rheumatic immune system diseases, malignant tumors, and other low resistance and severe consumption states.
