Experimental group (Study 3):During the on-site training, the test group demonstrated the use of the OEP sports manual and distributed smart sports bracelets.
Control group (Study 3):The control group was given an OEP exercise diary during the on-site training, and received the query of the comprehensive assessment results of the elderly and routine exercis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: 1. Age>= 60 years old; 2. Clear consciousness, normal vision and hearing; 3. Able to cooperate with the completion of physical function tests; 4. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. Study 2: 1. Frail elderly: age >= 60 years old; Tilburg Frailty Indicator (TFI) score = 5 points; clear consciousness, normal vision and hearing; Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. 2. Long-term caregivers: long-term residence with frail elderly people (3 months and above); the main caregiver in the life activities of the frail elderly; clear consciousness, normal vision and hearing; Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. 3. Doctors, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, psychotherapists, social workers: long-term engaging/participating in the care of frail elderly people; Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study. Study 3: 1. Age>=60 years old; 2. Tilburg frailty assessment TFI score >=5 points; 3. Clear consciousness, normal speech and hearing; 4. Able to cooperate with the completion of exercise; 5. The study subjects or their long-term caregivers will use mobile phone functions; 6. Have not used other sports information platforms; 7. Informed consent, voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: 1. Suffering from terminal illness; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe disability. Study 2: 1. Frail elderly: suffering from terminal diseases; Suffer from severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; Severe disability. 2. Long-term caregivers: Withdraw from this study midway. 3. Doctors, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, psychotherapists, social workers: dropped out of this researcher midway. Study 3: 1. Suffering from terminal illness; 2. Severe heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Severe disability.
