Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the sepsis standards of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Emergency Treatment of Sepsis/Septic Shock (2018)"; 2. Meet the ALI criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Lung Injury/Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (2006); Lung X-ray and CT suggest that the examination shows lung consolidation, exudation, ground glass shadows, etc.; oxygenation index =18 years; 6. No recent treatment. Patients or their close relatives sign the informed consent form. This study complies with the relevant requirements of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ALI not caused by sepsis, such as paraquat poisoning, severe pancreatitis, etc.; 2. Those who are intolerant to the drugs in this study; 3. Previous lung injury or lung surgery history; 4. Those with organic damage to the heart, brain and other organs, hematological diseases, immune diseases, and cancer; 5. Currently participating in other clinical trials; If any of the above answers "yes", the patient cannot be included.
